Super friendly and helpful. Needed a part for a project and we’re far more helpful than any part store or mechanic I visited

These guys are lifesavers. I was finishing an overhaul on my 4L60E transmission I found myself short a manual valve linkage rod and servo retainer clip. These parts amount to about $10 by themselves but about $40 in shipping if you want them faster than two weeks. I decided to try some transmission shops assuming they might have some laying about. Mr. Transmission did and they were more than happy to help me out. Customer service was obviously a priority and was excellent. No doubt, if my home garage overhaul doesn’t do the trick They will get the next crack at my transmission.

John and Chris are the best! My son's transmission went in Mobile, 1200 miles from home. They had a new transmission delivered and installed in 3 business days. 4 months later, thru no fault of theirs the unit went. From 1200 miles away they coordinated delivery of a new transmission and found a shop to install it completely covering under warranty and did all this in less than 2 weeks. THEY TRULY CARE!

I was travelling through Mobile to FL and Chris went above and beyond to get me in and out. The problem was not even the transmission, but Chris repaired it anyway to get me on the road. He even drove me to a hotel. I can't say enough about the service and professionalism of this shop and staff. 5 stars is not enough. 100% customer service which is hard to find in today's world!
